About

I am a registered psychotherapist (Q), community engagement specialist, and bilingual experiential educator deeply passionate about forging connections among individuals and communities through innovative, multi-faceted approaches and creative co-design principles. With over 18 years of experience, I've spearheaded numerous initiatives and collaborated with organizations in Toronto dedicated to addressing social justice issues across diverse populations.

My expertise lies in cultivating co-learning environments and developing people-centered programs through collaborative leadership, peer-to-peer mentoring, and hands-on activities such as food, gardening, art, and nature-based education.

Over the course of 12 years, I've delved into community-based research, conducted needs assessments, led anti-oppression policy efforts, facilitated strategic planning, implemented evaluations, and provided professional development training, all aimed at understanding and addressing systemic inequities impacting communities. Having collaborated with a wide array of organizations, community service agencies, school boards, and stakeholders, I've honed my skills in fostering meaningful relationships and promoting engagement across sectors.

Relationship-building and fostering engagement between individuals, communities and across sectors is my jam!
